The Willowdale Modern Revival

Project Overview

The Richmond Hill Scandinavian Rebuild reflects a perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. This home was transformed to provide open, light-filled rooms that supported both relaxation and entertaining. By updating the structural layout, introducing refined color palettes, and installing bespoke cabinetry and fixtures, our team created a home that feels modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.

Design & Execution

We began by expanding sightlines and improving layout efficiency through the careful removal of dividing walls. Natural textures, warm wood tones, and soft matte finishes helped create a balanced atmosphere across the open-concept living spaces.

The kitchen was upgraded with flat-panel cabinetry, oversized island surfaces, and seamless appliance integration. Subtle lighting details enhanced both practicality and design elegance without overwhelming the visual flow.

Bathrooms were modernized with sleek tile selections, floating storage solutions, and frameless shower en

closures. Soft backlighting and warm metallic accents created a calming, luxurious environment.

Behind the walls, we installed improved insulation, smart lighting controls, and energy-efficient window systems to support comfort, sustainability, and long-term efficiency.
