The Willowdale Modern Revival

Project Overview

The Lakeshore Urban Renewal stands as a beautiful example of thoughtful renovation that bridges classic structure with modern sophistication. The homeowners dreamed of a home that felt spacious, light, and effortlessly stylish while maintaining a sense of warmth. We reimagined the interiors with open-concept layouts, custom millwork, and refined material selections to create a harmonious and timeless living environment.

Design & Execution

We removed outdated partitions to create an open, flowing layout that connected the main living spaces effortlessly. Large glass panels and soft matte wall finishes enhanced brightness, while modern wood accents added organic warmth and visual interest.

The kitchen was redesigned with handleless cabinetry, a large central island, and seamless built-in appliances. Under-cabinet lighting and refined hardware details brought a contemporary edge while preserving everyday functionality.

Bathrooms were upgraded with walk-in glass showers, floating vanities, and large-format tiles. Subtle textural contrasts and warm lighting created a calm, spa-like atmosphere throughout the upper floor.

Sustainable upgrades included improved insulation, energy-saving windows, and LED lighting systems to create a home that performs as beautifully as it looks.
