The Willowdale Modern Revival

Project Overview

The Bayview Modern Sanctuary is a carefully curated renovation project that brings new life to a traditional home through smart design and contemporary detailing. The homeowners envisioned a calming atmosphere with enhanced flow and improved storage without sacrificing warmth. Our designers rebuilt key areas of the home, incorporating soft textures, layered lighting, and seamless transitions between spaces.

Design & Execution

We transformed the home by removing structural clutter and creating a unified open-concept layout that allowed light to travel freely. Soft layered finishes and light wood textures brought balance, while clean architectural lines maintained a modern character.

The kitchen became a central feature with custom cabinetry, waterfall-edge countertops, and hidden storage solutions. Integrated appliances and recessed lighting maintained a seamless and uncluttered aesthetic.

Upstairs, bathrooms were redesigned with oversized tiles, frameless glass showers, and minimalist brass fixtures. Floating vanities and under-cabinet lighting introduced warmth and visual sophistication.

To ensure long-term performance, we installed energy-efficient glazing, upgraded insulation systems, and replaced outdated lighting with modern LED alternatives.
